A successful sale begins with a preliminary meeting at your home, free from any obligation. During the meeting, we’ll present you with an initial market analysis with typical sold prices of properties in your neighborhood. The second step is to draw up a detailed sales plan, with a thorough substantiation of the asking price, which we will happily explain in detail. In this plan, we’ll also indicate how you can make your house even more appealing to potential buyers. Up to this point, our input is entirely free of charge.
If you decide to entrust us with the sale of your home, we’ll then embark on all the necessary preparations for the sale. Consider, for instance, the styling, legal documentation, photographs of your property taken by a specialist photographer, and attractive sale texts written by a professional text writer. The final package will be perfectly presented, with both a deluxe printed brochure and posting on our own website and on Funda.
We’ll maintain all the contact with potential buyers and will take plenty of time for the viewings. Next, through shrewd negotiation, we’ll make sure we achieve the best possible price for your home. Once a verbal agreement has been reached, we’ll then make sure everything is legally documented in the sale contract and will support you with the completion process at the notary’s office.
